If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. To return a product, please Contact Us with your order number and details, or call customer service at 1-877-401-4645 for instructions. Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the return package. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. If you return a product that had free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of 50 or more parts. Restocking fees are deducted from the return refund. Before ordering multiple items, we encourage you to first order one item to verify compatibility. Before ordering a custom product, we encourage you to call us to discuss the specifications. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. To qualify for a full refund, a return product should be carefully packaged and returned in new condition. Products damaged from abuse, neglect or modification are not refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
