Any notices from Ergo360 to You may be posted on our Website or Emailed, and will be deemed delivered within 10 days. Any oral statements made about the product(s) do not constitute warranties. The sellers only obligation and buyer's only remedy shall be for the seller to either replace or refund the product under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Before using, the buyer shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither seller nor manufacturer nor successors shall be liable for injury or any other loss. It is a responsibility of the buyer to verify that the correct items were received and are satisfactory. It is a responsibility of the buyer to observe and determine if a product is performing as desired. The buyer should stop using a product in the event that the product is not performing as desired. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of product installation and usage. The buyer shall hold Ergo360 LLC and its suppliers and successors harmless for any damages or injuries that could occur during product installation or usage. Any legal matters shall be resolved in the home state of Ergo360 LLC, Florida, and in accordance with Florida state laws.
Shipping & Delivery
Our online shipping rates are calculated and displayed automatically. Additional charges may apply to: shipments outside of the continental United States, expedited shipment requests, and quantity discounts. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box, packing slip or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the correct items were received and are satisfactory. Shipping addresses are automatically validated by the USPS. The customer is responsible for entering an accurate shipping address that is suitable for receiving their order. Ergo360 reserves the right to cancel, refund, and not reship undeliverable orders regardless of cause.
To avoid a restocking fee and return shipping expenses, Please Measure Twice And Order Once. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. To return a product, call customer service at 1-877-401-4645 for instructions. Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the return package. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. If you return a product that had free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of 50 or more parts. Restocking fees are deducted from the return refund. Before ordering multiple items, we encourage you to first order one item to verify compatibility. Before ordering a custom product, we encourage you to call us to discuss the specifications. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. To qualify for a full refund, a return product should be carefully packaged and returned in new condition. Products damaged from abuse, neglect or modification are not refundable.

All products are sold in complete sets unless otherwise noted. For example, a QTY of 1 is one set, a QTY of 2 is two sets... etc. QTY is an abbreviation for Quantity.
