Our online shipping rates are calculated and displayed automatically. Additional charges may apply to: shipments outside of the United States, expedited special requests, and bulk orders. Order tracking numbers are subsequently provided in a separate email, usually within 1 to 3 business days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box, packing slip or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the correct items were received and are satisfactory. Shipping addresses are automatically validated by the USPS. The customer is responsible for entering an accurate shipping address that is suitable for receiving their order. Ergo360 reserves the right to cancel, refund, and not reship undeliverable orders regardless of cause.
