These wheels have a hard multipurpose vinyl ball that is suited for linoleum, carpet, chair mats, etc. (Not recommended for Wood floors). These chair wheels offer your choice of stem options to fit almost any chair. Please specify the stem option accurately. Easy installation, just pull out the old chair wheels and insert the new ones. This product is offered in your choice of 4 or 5 pieces per set, specify your choice below. Nice wheels and Helpful customer service
These replacement chair wheels are working well. I wish the ball part was a bit softer material. That being said they appear to be working with no problem on my hardwood floor. It is recommended Not using these for soft wood floor material such as Pine. So figure out what your floor is made of before choosing this wheel style. Customer service was helpful in narrowing down the correct stem type.
